Today's workout will be very challenging, especially for those that are attempting to go at it rx+.  It will be important to control during the longer sets.  I certainly hope there won't be any cherry pickers out there!

Minute 1 - 20 Thrusters
Minute 2 - 1 Thruster
Minute 3 - 19 Trusters
Minute 4 - 2 Thrusters
and so on....

Rx - 75/55
Rx+ - 95/65

Immediately after failure - 800 meter Run
