100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
*the pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats may be partitioned any way
*if you have a 20lb vest, wear it
-This workout will be time capped. If you have never done it before you may want to partner up. If you have never tried this one solo, get at it! For those advanced athletes, don't shy away from that weighted vest.
