Thanks to everyone for coming out on Saturday and participating in the TEAM WOD! We squatted, relayed, nearly passed out, and were still able to cheer each other on the whole time! It is a rare thing to have such a supportive group of people that are able to push each other to their limits and still want to hang out after that fact. A good time was had by all at the BBQ after as well.
We are already starting to plan the next one!

while one partner holds a handstand

while the barbell is locked out overhead
50 SDHP (115/75)
while a plank is held
*Partner A works while Partner B holds the position. Switch at any time. If the barbell touches the ground at any point (other than the SDHP) each partner must do 10 burpees. This includes passing to each other
