SET GOALS (personal & fitness)
Weeks 2-5:
Follow Paleo & compete in a weekly skill WOD
Week 6:
Repeat the THREE benchmark WODs
Retake body measurements, BMI, and after photo
Challenge ends NOVEMBER 4th
