Shoulder Press (5@50, 3@60, 3@70, 1@80, 1@90, 1@MAX)
Do no more than 6 sets...you will be able to Press again.  Additionally, there will be a second time through all the lifts so you will have adequate opportunities to get that number as high as possible

Metcon
"DEATH BY 10 YARDS"
With a continuously running clock perform:
10 yards in the 1st min
20 yards in the 2nd min
30 yards in the 3rd min
...
Continue this as long as you are able
*Goal should be 17+
